Alex Tirso, CFP^®, CIMA^®, CRPC^®

Alex Tirso is a Wealth Advisor and Partner of Steward Partners. He helps successful individuals demystify the financial puzzle with the financial planning process. As a CFP® Practitioner, Alex works alongside his clients to help them flesh out their specific long-term needs and craft a holistic plan to get them there.

With more than a decade of experience in the financial industry, Alex brings expertise in financial planning and asset management. His career journey began at UBS and Merrill Lynch, where he honed his skills in advising individual clients on their financial goals and investments. For the past 8 years, Alex has excelled as a Vice President at Invesco, one of the largest asset managers in the industry, where he consulted financial advisors on investment strategies.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Maryland. As a believer in lifelong learning, Alex earned his Certified Financial Planner designation in July 2022 and attained his Certified Investment Management Analyst designation via Yale Executive Education Program in November 2018.

Alex lives in Union City, New Jersey with his wife Cristina and their son, Sebastian. He is an avid runner, having completed two New York City marathons and looks forward to participating in the Chicago marathon in October 2024. He loves to read or listen to podcasts on personal development and health & wellness. He and his wife are avid travelers, having visited more than 20 countries. They enjoy blending adventure vacations, having hiked Machu Pichu, the W-Trek in Patagonia, and spending 3 days in the Amazon jungle.
